Article 411-59 of the French Cinema and Moving Image Code

The production company must provide the Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée with a finalised version of the projects and proof of expenditure within a period of one year from the date of payment of the aid.
In exceptional circumstances and at the reasoned request of the production company, this period may be extended by up to six months by decision of the President of the Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée.

Article 411-59

L’entreprise de production dispose d’un délai d’un an à compter de la date de versement de l’aide pour remettre au Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée la version finalisée des projets, ainsi que les justificatifs des dépenses effectuées.
A titre exceptionnel et sur demande motivée de l’entreprise de production, ce délai peut être prolongé d’une durée qui ne peut excéder six mois par décision du président du Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée.
