Article 421-24 of the French Cinema and Moving Image Code

Enhanced development aid is paid to the production company as follows:

– 80% at the time of the award decision;
– 20% after submission to the Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée of the elements resulting from the first shooting and pre-editing of the project, as well as proof of the expenses incurred.

Article 421-24

L’aide au développement renforcé est versée à l’entreprise de production dans les conditions suivantes :

– 80 % au moment de la décision d’attribution ;
– 20 % après remise au Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée des éléments résultant du premier tournage et du pré-montage du projet ainsi que des justificatifs des dépenses effectuées.
