Recipients of aid must:
1° Either have at least 10,000 subscribers on a single digital channel at the date of the application for aid;
2° Or have directed or produced a work that has won a prize at a festival on the list annexed to this book over the last five years.

Article 432-3

Les bénéficiaires des aides doivent :
1° Soit avoir au moins 10 000 abonnés sur une même chaîne numérique à la date de la demande d’aide ;
2° Soit avoir réalisé ou produit une œuvre qui a obtenu un prix dans un festival mentionné sur la liste figurant en annexe du présent livre au cours des cinq dernières années.
