Article 494-10 of the French Civil Code

The judge shall rule, at the request of any interested party or the public prosecutor, on any difficulties that may arise in the implementation of the system.

Selected for this purpose under the conditions set out in the first paragraph of article 494-3, the judge may, at any time, modify the scope of the authorisation or terminate it, after hearing or summoning the person in respect of whom the authorisation has been issued, under the conditions set out in the first paragraph of Article 494-4 as well as the authorised person.

Article 494-10

Le juge statue à la demande de tout intéressé ou du procureur de la République sur les difficultés qui pourraient survenir dans la mise en œuvre du dispositif.

Saisi à cette fin dans les conditions prévues au premier alinéa de l’article 494-3, le juge peut, à tout moment, modifier l’étendue de l’habilitation ou y mettre fin, après avoir entendu ou appelé la personne à l’égard de qui l’habilitation a été délivrée, dans les conditions prévues au premier alinéa de l’article 494-4 ainsi que la personne habilitée.
