Article 52 nonies of the French Customs Code

Reservist customs officers are subject to the obligations set out in Chapter I of Title II of Book I of the General Civil Service Code and benefit, where applicable, from the protection set out in Chapters I, III and IV of Title III of the same Book I during the periods of employment or training for which they have been called up.

Article 52 nonies

Les agents des douanes réservistes sont soumis aux obligations prévues au chapitre Ier du titre II du livre Ier du code général de la fonction publique et bénéficient, le cas échéant, de la protection prévue aux chapitres Ier, III et IV du titre III du même livre Ier pendant les périodes d’emploi ou de formation pour lesquelles ils ont été appelés.
