Article 697-5 of the French Code of Criminal Procedure

For the trial of the offences and contraventions mentioned in Article 697-4, a detached chamber of the Paris judicial court specialising in military matters may be temporarily set up outside the territory of the Republic by decree of the Conseil d’Etat under the conditions provided for by international treaties and agreements.

Pour le jugement des délits et des contraventions mentionnés à l’article 697-4, une chambre détachée du tribunal judiciaire de Paris spécialisée en matière militaire peut être instituée à titre temporaire hors du territoire de la République par décret en Conseil d’Etat dans les conditions prévues par les traités et accords internationaux.
