Article 706-53-9 of the French Code of Criminal Procedure

Any person providing proof of their identity shall obtain, upon request to the public prosecutor at the judicial court in whose jurisdiction they reside, full disclosure of the information concerning them contained in the file.

The provisions of the third to fifth paragraphs of Article 777-2 shall then apply.

Toute personne justifiant de son identité obtient, sur demande adressée au procureur de la République près le tribunal judiciaire dans le ressort duquel elle réside, communication de l’intégralité des informations la concernant figurant dans le fichier.

Les dispositions des troisième à cinquième alinéas de l’article 777-2 sont alors applicables.
