Where the confiscation order relates to a sum of money and the competent authority of the executing State has substituted confiscation of property, consent to the transfer of that property shall be given by the Minister of Justice.

Lorsque la décision de confiscation porte sur une somme d’argent et que l’autorité compétente de l’Etat d’exécution y a substitué la confiscation d’un bien, le consentement au transfert de ce bien est donné par le ministre de la justice.
