As soon as the reason for the stay of proceedings no longer exists, the criminal court will rule on the enforcement of the confiscation order. The public prosecutor shall inform the competent authority of the issuing State by any means that leaves a written record.

Dès que le motif du sursis à statuer n’existe plus, le tribunal correctionnel statue sur l’exécution de la décision de confiscation. Le procureur de la République en informe l’autorité compétente de l’Etat d’émission par tout moyen laissant une trace écrite.
