Article 713-35 of the French Code of Criminal Procedure

Where the decision is amnestied under French law or is the subject of a pardon granted in France, the Public Prosecutor shall terminate the enforcement of the confiscation order and shall inform the competent authority of the issuing State thereof as soon as possible by any means that leaves a written record.

Lorsque la décision est amnistiée par la loi française ou fait l’objet d’une grâce accordée en France, le ministère public met fin à l’exécution de la décision de confiscation et en informe dans les meilleurs délais par tout moyen laissant une trace écrite l’autorité compétente de l’Etat d’émission.
