The dispatches, deliveries and notifications mentioned in Article 748-1 shall be the subject of an electronic notice of receipt sent by the addressee, which shall indicate the date and, where applicable, the time thereof.
Where the dispatches, deliveries and notifications referred to in Article 748-1 are made via a platform for dematerialised exchanges between the court registry and the persons referred to in Article 692-1, they shall be the subject of an electronic notice of availability sent to the recipient at the address chosen by the recipient, which shall indicate the date and, where applicable, the time of availability.
These electronic notices of receipt or of availability take the place of the visa, stamp and signature or other indication of receipt which are affixed to the document or its copy where these formalities are provided for by this code.
In the event of transmission by electronic means, the provisions of this code providing for transmission in several copies and the physical return of the documents and papers delivered or notified shall not be applied.
