At any time, all of the constituted parties may apply to the Pre-Trial Judge for the partial closure of the investigation.
In support of their request, they shall produce a deed countersigned by lawyers that sets out the claims in respect of which they are seeking a partial judgment.
If the application is granted, the judge shall order the partial closure of the investigation and refer the case back to the court for a decision on the merits of the claim or claims determined by the parties. The document countersigned by lawyers is attached to the order.
The date of partial closure must be as close as possible to the date set for oral argument.
The article 798, paragraphs 2 to 4 of the article 799 as well as the articles 802 to 807 are applicable to the this subsection.
