Each heir may require the mandataire successoral to consult, at any time, the documents relating to the performance of his assignment.

Each year and at the end of his assignment, the mandataire successoral shall submit to the judge and to each heir at his request a report on the performance of his assignment.

Chaque héritier peut exiger du mandataire successoral la consultation, à tout moment, des documents relatifs à l’exécution de sa mission.

Chaque année et à la fin de sa mission, le mandataire successoral remet au juge et à chaque héritier sur sa demande un rapport sur l’exécution de sa mission.
