Exceptional aid is awarded in the form of a grant.
The decision to award the aid or, where applicable, the agreement signed with the foreign sales company, sets out the terms and conditions for payment of the exceptional aid and the circumstances in which it is repaid.

L’aide exceptionnelle est attribuée sous forme de subvention.
La décision d’attribution de l’aide ou, le cas échéant, la convention conclue avec l’entreprise de vente à l’étranger, fixe notamment les modalités de versement de l’aide exceptionnelle ainsi que les circonstances dans lesquelles celle-ci donne lieu à reversement.
