For the year 2023, the amount of the sums calculated for foreign sales companies for commercial representation in cinemas under the conditions set out in articles 721-12, 721-13 and 721-14 is increased by 5%, without prejudice to the application of the formulas set out in articles 721-19 and 721-20.

Pour l’année 2023, le montant des sommes calculées pour les entreprises de vente à l’étranger à raison de la représentation commerciale en salles de spectacles cinématographiques dans les conditions prévues aux articles 721-12, 721-13 et 721-14 est majoré de 5 %, sans préjudice de l’application des formules prévues aux articles 721-19 et 721-20.
