Article A11 of the French Code of Criminal Procedure

The committee provided for in Article 16 (2° and 4°) of the Code of Criminal Procedure issues an opinion on the lists mentioned in 4° of article A10 within a maximum of four months after the date of the examination.

The lists are sent to the directorate general of the national gendarmerie, together with the candidates’ copies and the minutes of the sitting.

La commission prévue à l’article 16 (2° et 4°) du code de procédure pénale émet un avis sur les listes mentionnées au 4° de l’article A10 dans un délai maximum de quatre mois après la date de l’examen.


Elles sont adressées à la direction générale de la gendarmerie nationale, accompagnées des copies des candidats et du procès-verbal de séance.
