Article A132-4-8 of the French Insurance Code

When subscribing to or taking out a policy involving commitments giving rise to the constitution of a diversification reserve, the information memorandum referred to in article L. 132-5-2, the notice referred to in article L. 132-5-3 or, when they are equivalent to the information memorandum in accordance with article L. 132-5-2, the insurance proposal or the draft contract contain the information provided for in 1°, 2°, with the exception of d, and 3° of the appendix to article A. 132-4-4, which is not already provided for in articles A. 132-5-1, A. 132-5-2 or A. 132-5-3.

Lors de la souscription ou l’adhésion à un contrat comportant des engagements donnant lieu à la constitution de provision de diversification, la note d’information mentionnée à l’article L. 132-5-2, la notice mentionnée à l’article L. 132-5-3 ou, lorsqu’ils valent note d’information conformément à l’article L. 132-5-2, la proposition d’assurance ou le projet de contrat contiennent, celles des informations prévues au 1°, au 2°, à l’exception de son d, et au 3° de l’annexe de l’article A. 132-4-4, qui ne sont pas déjà prévues aux articles A. 132-5-1, A. 132-5-2 ou A. 132-5-3.
