Article A132-4 of the French Insurance Code

The information memorandum referred to in article L. 132-5-2, the notice referred to in article L. 132-5-3 or, where they are equivalent to the information memorandum in accordance with article L. 132-5-2, the insurance proposal or the draft contract contain the information set out in the attached model.

La note d’information mentionnée à l’article L. 132-5-2, la notice mentionnée à l’article L. 132-5-3 ou, lorsqu’ils valent note d’informations conformément à l’article L. 132-5-2, la proposition d’assurance ou le projet de contrat contiennent les informations prévues par le modèle ci-annexé.
