The report published by the professional bodies provided for in article L. 132-9-4 includes the following information as at 31 December of the previous year:
1° Number of applications by potential beneficiaries of a life insurance policy under the scheme provided for in article L. 132-9-2 ;
2° Annual amount (including all technical provisions) and number of contracts for which the policyholder has been identified as deceased under the scheme provided for in article L. 132-9-2;
3° Annual amount of capital (including all technical provisions) and number of contracts paid out under contracts for which the policyholder has been identified as deceased under the scheme provided for in article L. 132-9-2; 4° Number of contracts for which the policyholder has been identified as deceased under the scheme provided for in article L. 132-9-2; 5° Number of contracts for which the policyholder has been identified as deceased under the scheme provided for in article L. 132-9-2. 132-9-2;
4° Number of policyholders identified as deceased and number of policies with a policyholder identified as deceased under the scheme provided for in article L. 132-9-3;
5° Annual amount (including all technical provisions) of capital paid in respect of policies identified during the year as terminated on death under the scheme provided for in article L. 132-9-3 and the number of contracts settled;
6° Annual amount (including all technical provisions) of capital to be settled in respect of contracts identified during the year as terminated on death under the system provided for in article L. 132-9-3 and the number of contracts to be settled.
This report is published by the professional bodies mentioned in article L. 132-9-3 on the website of the professional body or on any other durable medium within 120 working days of 1 January each year. It takes the form of a table defined in the appendix.
