The permanent mountaineering section referred to in article A. 142-8 is composed of the following persons:
1° The director of the Ecole nationale de ski et d’alpinisme, president;
2° A representative of the teaching staff of the Ecole nationale de ski et d’alpinisme appointed by its director;
3° The president of the most representative professional organisation of mountain guides;
4° A representative of the most representative professional organisation of mountain guides appointed by its president;
5° The president of the most representative professional organisation of mountain guides;
6° The President of the most representative professional organisation of climbing instructors;
7° A member of the most representative professional organisation of mid-mountain guides appointed by its President;
8° The President of the French Mountain and Climbing Federation;
9° A representative of the French Mountain and Climbing Federation appointed by its President;
10° The President of the Union of Outdoor Sports Centres;
11° A regional academic delegate for youth, commitment and sport chosen by the President;
12° The director of the national service for ski and mountaineering management professions.
The members mentioned in 1°, 3°, 5°, 6°, 8°, 10°, 11° and 12° may be represented.
In addition, the Chairman may call upon any person whose opinion is likely to enlighten the work of the Section.
The secretariat of the Permanent Section for Mountaineering is provided by the National Ski and Mountaineering School.
