Article A144-2 of the French Insurance Code

Payments made by members of a plan are made payable to the insurance company and are deposited directly into the account(s) referred to in article R. 144-10.

Such payments may also be made payable to the subscriber of the plan provided that they are deposited in a cash account exclusively dedicated to the collection of such payments and that they are repaid within less than seven days to the account or accounts mentioned in the first paragraph.

Les versements des adhérents à un plan sont libellés à l’ordre de l’entreprise d’assurance et sont directement déposés sur le ou les comptes mentionnés à l’article R. 144-10.


Ces versements peuvent également être libellés à l’ordre du souscripteur du plan à condition qu’ils soient déposés sur un compte d’espèces exclusivement affecté à la collecte de ces versements et qu’ils soient reversés dans un délai inférieur à sept jours sur le ou les comptes mentionnés au premier alinéa.
