Article A21 of the French Code of Criminal Procedure

The secretariat of the committee submits to the chair of the jury:

1° Copies for which an eliminatory mark is proposed, under the conditions laid down in article A. 15 of this code. These copies are marked a second time by a member appointed by the chair of the jury and belonging to a different panel (magistracy, police) to the one to which the first marker belongs;

The final mark awarded to the copy corresponds to the average of the marks awarded by the two markers.

2° A statement of the marks awarded for each paper by the markers;

3° A list of all candidates, with the marks and total points obtained for each;

4° The list, in order of merit, of the civil servants in the national police management and application corps admitted for having totalled at least 60 points for all the tests without an eliminatory mark and that of the civil servants in the national police management and application corps eliminated or not having obtained the required number of points. These lists show the marks awarded to the candidates in each of the tests and the total points obtained.

Le secrétariat de la commission soumet au président du jury :

1° Les copies pour lesquelles est proposée une note éliminatoire, dans les conditions prévues à l’article A. 15 du présent code. Ces copies font l’objet d’une seconde correction par un membre désigné par le président du jury et appartenant à une autre formation (magistrature, police) que celle dont fait partie le premier correcteur ;

La note définitive attribuée à la copie correspond à la moyenne des notes des deux correcteurs.

2° Le relevé des notes attribuées pour chaque épreuve par les correcteurs ;

3° La liste de tous les candidats, avec les notes et le total des points obtenus pour chacun d’eux ;

4° La liste par ordre de mérite des fonctionnaires du corps d’encadrement et d’application de la police nationale admis pour avoir totalisé 60 points au moins pour l’ensemble des épreuves sans note éliminatoire et celle des fonctionnaires du corps d’encadrement et d’application de la police nationale éliminés ou n’ayant pas obtenu le nombre de points exigés. Ces listes mentionnent les notes attribuées aux candidats dans chacune des épreuves et le total des points obtenus.
