The budget controller shall receive, under the same conditions as the members of the bodies which he may attend pursuant to Article 222 of Decree No. 2012-1246 of 7 November 2012 on public budget management and accounting, the documents sent to them before each meeting, as well as the minutes.
Pursuant to the second paragraph of the same article, the document provided for in Article A. 211-49-1 may allow the Budget Controller to add to the list of bodies concerned.
