Article A212-184 of the French Sports Code

In application of the provisions of articles R. 212-88 and R. 212-92, nationals of a Member State of the European Union or a party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area who wish to supervise, lead, teach or train in alpine skiing and related activities, within the framework of the freedom of establishment or the freedom to provide services, must declare themselves to the Minister responsible for sport.

The latter ensures that the declarations are admissible and complete and forwards them to the permanent alpine skiing section of the training and employment commission of the Higher Mountain Sports Council for its opinion.

En application des dispositions des articles R. 212-88 et R. 212-92, les ressortissants d’un Etat membre de l’Union européenne ou partie à l’accord sur l’Espace économique européen qui souhaitent assurer l’encadrement, l’animation, l’enseignement et l’entraînement du ski alpin et de ses activités dérivées, dans le cadre de la liberté d’établissement ou de la libre prestation de services, se déclarent au ministre chargé des sports.

Ce dernier s’assure de leur recevabilité et de leur complétude et les transmet pour avis à la section permanente du ski alpin de la commission de la formation et de l’emploi du Conseil supérieur des sports de montagne.
