Declarants who have obtained a ranking of one hundred points or less for men and eighty-five points or less for women on the scale corresponding to the technical disciplines of alpine skiing (slalom or giant slalom) set by the International Ski Federation are deemed to have the ability to use technical skills. They are exempt from the technical test.
This ranking, certified by the president of the declarant’s national federation or his representative, must have been acquired in the five years preceding the declaration.
