Article A212-189 of the French Sports Code

Declarants who have obtained a ranking of one hundred points or less for men and eighty-five points or less for women on the scale corresponding to the technical disciplines of alpine skiing (slalom or giant slalom) set by the International Ski Federation are deemed to have the ability to use technical skills. They are exempt from the technical test.

This ranking, certified by the president of the declarant’s national federation or his representative, must have been acquired in the five years preceding the declaration.

Sont réputés avoir la capacité de mobiliser les compétences techniques les déclarants ayant obtenu un classement égal ou inférieur à cent points pour les hommes et quatre-vingt-cinq points pour les femmes, sur l’échelle correspondant aux disciplines techniques du ski alpin (slalom ou slalom géant) fixée par la Fédération internationale de ski. Ils sont dispensés de l’épreuve technique.


Ce classement, attesté par le président de la fédération nationale du déclarant ou son représentant doit avoir été acquis dans les cinq années précédant la déclaration.
