Article A212-192-6 of the French Sports Code

Declarants who have obtained a ranking equal to or less than two hundred points for men and two hundred and fifty points for women on the scale corresponding to the “distance” ranking set by the International Ski Federation are deemed to have the ability to use technical safety skills. They are exempt from the technical safety test.

This ranking, certified by the president of the declarant’s national federation or his representative, must have been achieved within the five years preceding the declaration.

Sont réputés avoir la capacité de mobiliser les compétences techniques de sécurité les déclarants ayant obtenu un classement égal ou inférieur à deux cents points pour les hommes et deux cent cinquante points pour les femmes sur l’échelle correspondant au classement ” distance ” fixée par la Fédération internationale de ski. Ils sont dispensés du test technique de sécurité.

Ce classement, attesté par le président de la fédération nationale du déclarant ou son représentant, doit avoir été acquis dans les cinq années précédant la déclaration.
