Article A212-219 of the French Sports Code

The applicant is assessed by a panel appointed and chaired by the head of the regional deconcentrated department of the State responsible for sports in Auvergne Rhône-Alpes or his/her representative and comprising:

the head of the Vallon-Pont-d’Arc site of the Rhône-Alpes sports resources, expertise and performance centre or his or her representative;

-at least one representative of the most representative professional organisations;

-two representatives of the French Speleology Federation, including the national technical director or his or her representative;

-one or more qualified technicians holding at least a level III state diploma in caving.

Le déclarant est évalué par un jury désigné et présidé par le chef de service déconcentré régional de l’Etat chargé des sports d’Auvergne Rhône-Alpes ou son représentant et comprenant :


-le responsable du site de Vallon-Pont-d’Arc du centre de ressources, d’expertise et de performance sportive de Rhône-Alpes ou son représentant ;


-au moins un représentant des organisations professionnelles les plus représentatives ;


-deux représentants de la Fédération française de spéléologie dont le directeur technique national ou son représentant ;


-un ou plusieurs techniciens qualifiés titulaires au minimum d’un diplôme d’Etat de niveau III en spéléologie.
