Article A212-28 of the French Sports Code

The members of the jury or experts mentioned in article R. 212-10-2 must inform the regional director of youth, sport and social cohesion immediately of any failure to comply with the certification tests delegated to the training organisation. In this case, the regional director of youth, sport and social cohesion may ask the training body to organise the certification test(s) again for the candidate(s) concerned.

Les membres du jury ou experts mentionnés à l’article R. 212-10-2 doivent communiquer sans délai au directeur régional de la jeunesse, des sports et de la cohésion sociale toute constatation de non-conformité du déroulement des épreuves certificatives déléguées à l’organisme de formation. Dans ce cas, le directeur régional de la jeunesse, des sports et de la cohésion sociale peut demander à l’organisme de formation d’organiser à nouveau la ou les épreuves certificatives pour le ou les candidats concernés.
