The Regional and Departmental Director of Youth, Sport and Social Cohesion (DRDJSCS), the Regional Director of Youth, Sport and Social Cohesion (DRJSCS) or the Director of Youth, Sport and Social Cohesion (DJSCS) is instructed by the Minister of Sport to carry out the inspection and inform the Regional Prefect in accordance withArticle R. 6251-2 of the Labour Code ; to send the annual activity report to the Regional Prefect and to the ministers concerned.
Le directeur régional et départemental de la jeunesse, des sports et de la cohésion sociale (DRDJSCS), le directeur régional de la jeunesse, des sports et de la cohésion sociale (DRJSCS) ou le directeur de la jeunesse, des sports et de la cohésion sociale (DJSCS) est chargé par le ministre des sports de diligenter le contrôle et d’en informer le préfet de région conformément à l’article R. 6251-2 du code du travail ; de transmettre le rapport annuel d’activité au préfet de région ainsi qu’aux ministres concernés.
