Article A212-37 of the French Sports Code

In application of 4° of article R. 212-10-13, the application for enrolment is sent by the training body to the regional director of youth, sports and social cohesion no later than the day on which the candidate starts training, together with the documents referred to in 4° of article A. 212-35 and in 2°, 5°, 6°, 8° and 9° of article A. 212-36, as well as a certificate that the candidate’s file is complete.

En application du 4° de l’article R. 212-10-13, la demande d’inscription est transmise par l’organisme de formation au directeur régional de la jeunesse, des sports et de la cohésion sociale au plus tard le jour de l’entrée en formation du candidat, accompagnée des pièces visées au 4° de l’article A. 212-35 et aux 2°, 5°, 6°, 8° et 9° de l’article A. 212-36 ainsi que d’une attestation de complétude du dossier du candidat.
