No later than one month after the opening date of the session, the training body sends the Regional Director of Youth, Sport and Social Cohesion : 1° The list of host companies for each trainee and the list of their tutors ; 2° The definitive schedule for the session.

The tutor mentioned in articles R. 212-10-19 and R. 212-10-20 has the qualifications required by the decree for the diploma for which accreditation is requested. His duties are those defined in article D. 6324-3 of the Labour Code.

For each trainee, the educational process referred to in article R. 212-10-19 is determined after the trainee has been placed in the appropriate position on entry to the course. Positioning, carried out by the training organisation, is an integral part of the training. This positioning enables the trainee to build an individualised training pathway.
