Article A212-45 of the French Sports Code

The Regional Director for Youth, Sport and Social Cohesion examines the compatibility of the disability justifying the adjustments mentioned in article A. 212-44 with the professional exercise of the activity for which the diploma is awarded, after obtaining the opinion of a doctor approved by the French Disabled Sports Federation or the French Federation for Adapted Sport or appointed by the Commission for the Rights and Independence of Disabled Persons.

The Regional Director of Youth, Sport and Social Cohesion may impose a restriction on the conditions of practice opened up by possession of the diploma.

Le directeur régional de la jeunesse, des sports et de la cohésion sociale examine la compatibilité du handicap justifiant les aménagements mentionnés à l’article A. 212-44 avec l’exercice professionnel de l’activité du diplôme après avis d’un médecin agréé par la Fédération française handisport ou par la Fédération française de sport adapté ou désigné par la commission des droits et de l’autonomie des personnes handicapées.

Le directeur régional de la jeunesse, des sports et de la cohésion sociale peut apporter une restriction aux conditions d’exercice ouvertes par la possession du diplôme.
