Article A212-44 of the French Sports Code

For people with disabilities, the Regional Director for Youth, Sport and Social Cohesion may decide to adapt the entry tests, the training programme and the assessment and certification tests.

This decision is taken in the light of the opinion referred to in 5° of article A. 212-35, or 8° of article A. 212-36 or 3° of article A. 212-42.

It is communicated to the training organisation concerned, which must make the necessary adjustments.

Article A212-44

Pour les personnes en situation de handicap, le directeur régional de la jeunesse, des sports et de la cohésion sociale peut décider d’aménager les tests d’entrée en formation, le cursus de formation et les épreuves d’évaluation certificative.

Cette décision est prise au vu de l’avis mentionné au 5° de l’article A. 212-35, ou au 8° de l’article A. 212-36 ou au 3° de l’article A. 212-42.

Elle est communiquée à l’organisme de formation concerné qui doit mettre en place ces aménagements.
