Article A212-42-1 of the French Sports Code

When the application for admissibility is for a diploma enabling the supervision of activities taking place in a specific environment, as defined in article R. 212-7, the applicant must also certify, in his or her admissibility file, that he or she has met the “requirements prior to entry into training” for obtaining the diploma in question.

Lorsque la demande de recevabilité a pour objet un diplôme permettant l’encadrement d’activités s’exerçant en environnement spécifique, telles que définies à l’article R. 212-7, le candidat doit en outre attester, dans son dossier de recevabilité, qu’il a satisfait aux “exigences préalables à l’entrée dans la formation” pour l’obtention du diplôme visé.
