After receiving the opinion of the Commission nationale de sécurité des enceintes sportives, the Prefect approves outdoor sports arenas with a capacity of 15,000 spectators or more and indoor sports arenas with a capacity of 8,000 spectators or more.
Le préfet prononce, après avis de la Commission nationale de sécurité des enceintes sportives, l’homologation des enceintes sportives de plein air dont la capacité d’accueil est égale ou supérieure à 15 000 spectateurs et des enceintes sportives couvertes dont la capacité d’accueil est égale ou supérieure à 8 000 spectateurs.
