Article A312-4 of the French Sports Code

In the case of existing enclosures, the application for approval must include the following documents:

1° The documents referred to in 4° to 7°, and, where applicable, 8°, 10° and 11°, designated in article A. 311-3, updated, original or reconstituted by a project manager who can provide proof of professional insurance and a diploma recognised by the State;

2° The results of the inspection carried out by the competent fire and panic safety commission and the decision notified to the operator by the mayor, following the acceptance visit referred to in the second paragraph of article R. 143-38 of the French Construction and Housing Code (exhibit 16);

3° Where applicable, the results of the inspection carried out by the competent fire and panic safety committee during its last visit and the decision notified to the operator by the mayor pursuant to articles R. 143-41 and R. 143-42 of the French Construction and Housing Code (Exhibit 17).

4° Where applicable, the obsolescence audit drawn up by an approved technical inspector (Exhibit 19).

Article A312-4

La demande d’homologation comporte, dans le cas des enceintes existantes, les documents suivants :

1° Les pièces mentionnées aux 4° à 7°, et, le cas échéant, 8°, 10° et 11°, désignées à l’article A. 311-3, mises à jour, originelles ou reconstituées par un maître d’œuvre justifiant d’une assurance professionnelle et d’un diplôme reconnu par l’Etat ;

2° Le résultat du contrôle effectué par la commission compétente en matière de sécurité contre les risques d’incendie et de panique et la décision à l’exploitant notifiés par le maire, à l’issue de la visite de réception mentionnée au deuxième alinéa de l’article R. 143-38 du code la construction et de l’habitation (pièce 16) ;

3° Le cas échéant, le résultat du contrôle effectué par la commission compétente en matière de sécurité contre les risques d’incendie et de panique lors de sa dernière visite et la décision à l’exploitant notifiés par le maire en application des articles R. 143-41 et R. 143-42 du code la construction et de l’habitation (pièce 17).

4° Le cas échéant, l’audit de vétusté rédigé par un contrôleur technique agréé (pièce 19).
