Article A312-9 of the French Sports Code

In sports establishments subject to homologation, a “homologation notice”, the model for which is reproduced in appendix III-4 of this code, is displayed in a visible and indelible manner near the main entrances.

This notice is duly completed by the owner or operator, under their responsibility, based on the information contained in the homologation order. It includes the following information:

– the date of signature and the number of the prefectoral approval order;

– the maximum number of spectators in existing facilities and in the case of a temporary extension;

– the maximum number of spectators seated in the stands and by zone;

– the maximum number of spectators standing outside the grandstand and per zone.

Dans les établissements sportifs assujettis à homologation, il est affiché d’une façon apparente et inaltérable, près des entrées principales, un “avis d’homologation” dont le modèle est reproduit à l’annexe III-4 du présent code.

Cet avis est dûment rempli par le propriétaire ou l’exploitant, sous leur responsabilité, en fonction des renseignements figurant dans l’arrêté d’homologation. Il comporte les indications suivantes :

― la date de signature et le numéro de l’arrêté préfectoral d’homologation ;

― l’effectif maximal de spectateurs dans les installations existantes et prévu en cas d’extension provisoire ;

― l’effectif maximal de spectateurs assis en tribune et par zone ;

― l’effectif maximal de spectateurs debout hors tribune et par zone.
