Article A322-2 of the French Sports Code

The administrative authority may oppose the opening or order the temporary or permanent closure of an establishment whose operator has refused to provide it with information enabling it to monitor the operator’s compliance with the guarantee provided for in article L. 322-1.

Article A322-2

L’autorité administrative peut s’opposer à l’ouverture ou prononcer la fermeture temporaire ou définitive d’un établissement dont l’exploitant a refusé de lui transmettre les informations permettant de contrôler le respect, par ce dernier, de la garantie prévue à l’article L. 322-1.
