Article A331-21-3 of the French Sports Code

Any natural or legal person requesting a modification to the homologation of a circuit must compile a file which includes:

1° A description of the characteristics of the circuit which are to be modified;

2° A layout plan of the modified circuit including, in particular, detailed plans of the spectator areas;

3° The surname, first name and address of the applicant or of the representative of the legal person.

The applicant must send the modification application to the administrative authority that issued the homologation.

La personne physique ou morale qui demande une modification de l’homologation d’un circuit doit constituer un dossier qui comprend :

1° La description des caractéristiques du circuit qui font l’objet d’une évolution ;

2° Le plan-masse du circuit modifié comprenant notamment les plans détaillés des zones réservées aux spectateurs ;

3° Les noms, prénom et adresse du demandeur ou du représentant de la personne morale.

Le demandeur est tenu de transmettre le dossier de demande de modification à l’autorité administrative qui a délivré l’homologation.
