Article A36-10-6 of the French Code of Criminal Procedure

The material organisation of the technical examination relating to the exercise of certain judicial police missions by tax service agents, and in particular the supply of copies and composition forms as well as the anonymity of the copies, is ensured, depending on the ministry to which candidates are to be assigned, by the director of training of the national police or jointly by the head of the human resources department of the general directorate of public finance and the head of the human resources department of the general directorate of customs and indirect rights.

L’organisation matérielle de l’examen technique relatif à l’exercice de certaines missions de police judiciaire par les agents des services fiscaux, et notamment la fourniture des copies et formulaires de composition ainsi que la mise sous anonymat des copies, est assurée, selon le ministère dans lequel doivent être affectés les candidats, par le directeur de la formation de la police nationale ou conjointement par le chef de service des ressources humaines de la direction générale des finances publiques et le chef de service des ressources humaines de la direction générale des douanes et droits indirects.
