Article A36-10-9 of the French Code of Criminal Procedure

The secretary of the committee:

1° Ensures that the papers have been marked twice by a team consisting of a magistrate and, depending on the ministry to which the candidates are to be assigned, an official from the Ministry of the Interior or an official from the Ministry of the Budget.

The results of these double corrections are submitted to the committee, which deliberates specifically on them at the meeting provided for in article A. 36-10-10 and sets the final mark;

2° Issues a statement of the marks awarded for each test by the markers;

3° Lists all the candidates, with the marks and total points obtained by each of them.

Le secrétaire de la commission :

1° S’assure que les copies ont fait l’objet d’une double correction par une équipe composée d’un magistrat et, selon le ministère dans lequel doivent être affectés les candidats, d’un fonctionnaire du ministère de l’intérieur ou d’un fonctionnaire du ministère du budget.

Le résultat de ces doubles corrections est soumis à la commission, qui en délibère spécialement lors de la réunion prévue à l’article A. 36-10-10 et fixe la note définitive ;

2° Opère un relevé des notes attribuées pour chaque épreuve par les correcteurs ;

3° Dresse la liste de tous les candidats, avec les notes et le total des points obtenus par chacun d’eux.
