Article A36-9 of the French Code of Criminal Procedure

Within a maximum period of four months after the date of the examination, the chairman shall convene a meeting of the committee for the purpose of drawing up the list of officers for whom the committee shall issue a favourable opinion on the granting of the status of customs officer responsible for the performance of certain judicial police duties.

Only candidates who score at least 30 points in all three tests may be considered.

Dans un délai maximum de quatre mois après la date de l’examen, le président réunit la commission aux fins d’arrêter la liste des agents pour lesquels la commission émet un avis favorable à l’octroi de la qualité d’agent des douanes chargé de l’exercice de certaines missions de police judiciaire.

Seuls peuvent être retenus les candidats qui totalisent 30 points au moins pour l’ensemble des trois épreuves.
