Article A424-3 of the French Sports Code

The Commission of the National Centre for the Development of Sport in French Polynesia defines, in accordance with the directives of the establishment and respecting the competencies of French Polynesia, the priorities and criteria concerning the distribution of subsidies allocated at local level.
It issues an opinion on the allocation of operating subsidies to local sports associations in French Polynesia.
