Article A526-5 of the French Commercial code

The place of the declaration of assignment of assets to the special register mentioned in article R. 526-17 is the clerk’s office of the commercial court or of the judicial court with commercial jurisdiction within whose jurisdiction the address of the principal place of business or, in the absence of a place of business, of the residential premises where the business is established of the sole trader with limited liability is located. The obligation to indicate this place on the documents and correspondence for professional use of the interested party is fulfilled when the words and initials “special register of individual entrepreneurs with limited liability of”, “special register of EIRLs of” or “RSEIRL of” followed by the name of the town where this court is located are mentioned.

The registration number for the special register of individual entrepreneurs with limited liability, referred to in the same text, consists of the unique identification number issued in accordance with Article D. 123-235.

Le lieu de la déclaration d’affectation du patrimoine au registre spécial mentionné à l’article R. 526-17 est le greffe du tribunal de commerce ou du tribunal judiciaire statuant commercialement dans le ressort duquel se trouve l’adresse de l’établissement principal ou, à défaut d’établissement, du local d’habitation où l’entreprise est fixée de l’entrepreneur individuel à responsabilité limitée. L’obligation de faire figurer ce lieu sur les documents et correspondances à usage professionnel de l’intéressé est remplie lorsque y sont mentionnés les mots et initiales ” registre spécial des entrepreneurs individuels à responsabilité limitée de ”, ” registre spécial des EIRL de ” ou ” RSEIRL de ” suivis du nom de la ville où est situé ce tribunal.

Le numéro d’immatriculation au registre spécial des entrepreneurs individuels à responsabilité limitée, mentionné au même texte, est constitué du numéro unique d’identification délivré conformément à l’article D. 123-235.
