I. – The electoral rolls provided for in Articles R. 713-1-1 et R. 713-2 are intended:
1° To be made available to the public under the conditions laid down in Article R. 713-2;
2° To be used to send the instruments required for voting mentioned in Article R. 713-14;
3° To be used as a basis for the counting of votes when the ballot is counted.
II. – The electoral lists drawn up pursuant to III of Article R. 713-1-1 are grouped together for each constituency of the Ile-de-France territorial, local or departmental chamber of commerce and industry into a single list, which is subdivided into categories and, where applicable, professional sub-categories.
III. – The lists shall mention the name of the regional chamber of commerce and industry and the territorial, local or departmental chamber of commerce and industry of Ile-de-France. They include the following information for each voter:
1° The category and, where applicable, the sub-category of the voter;
2° An order number on the list;
3° The SIRET number of the establishment;
4° The company name of the business;
5° The surname, first names and date of birth of the voter ;
6° The voter’s correspondence address, personal or nominative business e-mail address and personal or nominative business mobile telephone number for sending the instruments required for voting provided for in I, 2°, above;
7° The voter’s business address to meet the objectives provided for in I, 1° and 3°, above.
The date of birth mentioned in 5° and the information mentioned in 6° above do not appear on the electoral rolls made available to the public pursuant to Article R. 713-2.
