Article A742-12 of the French Commercial code

The jury sends the list of admitted candidates to the Minister of Justice and to the President of the National Council of Commercial Court Clerks.

The Minister of Justice publishes the list of admitted candidates in the Official Journal of the French Republic within one month of this transmission.

The National Council of Commercial Court Clerks notifies candidates individually of the results of the tests; it issues each admitted candidate a certificate of successful completion of the competition.

Le jury transmet la liste des candidats admis au garde des sceaux, ministre de la justice, ainsi qu’au président du Conseil national des greffiers des tribunaux de commerce.

Le garde des sceaux, ministre de la justice, publie la liste des candidats admis au Journal officiel de la République française dans le mois suivant cette transmission.

Le Conseil national des greffiers des tribunaux de commerce notifie individuellement aux candidats le résultat des épreuves ; il délivre à chaque candidat admis une attestation de réussite au concours.
