Article A762-11 of the French Commercial code

The purpose of the automated processing is to ensure:

1° Remote declaration of the commercial events mentioned in articles R. 762-4 and R. 762-10, as well as the remote declaration of the registration parks mentioned in article R. 762-1;

2° The management of data relating to exhibition centres and commercial events provided by registrants;

3° The provision to the public, via a website, of data relating to registered exhibition centres and commercial events.

Article A762-11

Le traitement automatisé a pour finalité d’assurer :

1° La télédéclaration des manifestations commerciales mentionnées aux articles R. 762-4 et R. 762-10, ainsi que la télédéclaration des parcs d’enregistrement mentionnées à l’article R. 762-1 ;

2° La gestion des données relatives aux parcs d’exposition et aux manifestations commerciales communiquées par les déclarants ;

3° La mise à disposition auprès du public, au moyen d’un site internet, de données relatives aux parcs d’exposition et aux manifestations commerciales déclarés.
