The following may obtain, online or by written request to the directorate mentioned in Article A. 762-14, of the automated processing data concerning them:

1° The operator of a registered exhibition centre;

2° The organiser of a declared commercial event;

3° The inspection body referred to in Article A. 762-12.

Peuvent obtenir communication, en ligne ou sur demande écrite auprès de la direction mentionnée à l’article A. 762-14, des données du traitement automatisé qui les concernent :

1° L’exploitant d’un parc d’exposition enregistré ;

2° L’organisateur d’une manifestation commerciale déclarée ;

3° L’organisme de contrôle visé à l’article A. 762-12.
