Article Annexe III-3 (art. A312-8) of the French Sports Code

HOMOLOGATION REGISTER

The approval register, which is kept under the responsibility of the owner or the operator of the sports facility, contains the following information, which is essential for checks and updates:
– the dates and nature of the development and conversion work, in particular to the stands;
– the names of the contractor(s) and, if applicable, the project manager or technician responsible for supervising the work;
– the dates of the various checks and inspections and the observations to which these checks and inspections gave rise.
Copies of the following are attached:
– the documents making up the application;
– the latest approval order;
– the order to open the facility to the public referred to in article R. 143-39 of the French Construction and Housing Code.

REGISTRE D’HOMOLOGATION

Le registre d’homologation, tenu sous la responsabilité du propriétaire ou sous la responsabilité de l’exploitant de l’établissement sportif, comporte les renseignements suivants, indispensables aux contrôles et aux mises à jour :
― les dates et la nature des travaux d’aménagement et de transformation, notamment des tribunes ;
― les noms du ou des entrepreneur (s) et, s’il y a lieu, du maître d’œuvre ou du technicien chargé de diriger les travaux ;
― les dates des divers contrôles et vérifications ainsi que les observations auxquelles ces contrôles et vérifications ont donné lieu.
Lui sont annexées les copies :
― des pièces constitutives de la demande ;
― du dernier arrêté d’homologation ;
― de l’arrêté d’ouverture au public visé à l’article R. 143-39 du code de la construction et de l’habitation.
