Article D111-5-2 of the French Consumer Code

The seller shall provide the consumer with the information mentioned in article D. 111-5-1, free of charge, in a legible and comprehensible manner on a durable medium accompanying the sale.

The seller may supplement the consumer’s information by giving him the reference of the website or mobile application provided, where applicable, by the producer where the information mentioned in the first paragraph is more fully detailed.

Le vendeur met à la disposition du consommateur les informations mentionnées à l’article D. 111-5-1, sans frais, de manière lisible et compréhensible sur un support durable accompagnant la vente.

Le vendeur peut compléter l’information du consommateur en lui indiquant la référence du site internet ou de l’application mobile fournie le cas échéant par le producteur où les informations mentionnées au premier alinéa sont plus amplement détaillées.
